IRONMen ministry is a men's ministry dedicated to helping men be the godly men God calls us to be. A godly man is a man who knows his core identity - who is a king, a warrior, a lover and a true friend.  A godly man is a real servant at heart not a slave master. Being a spiritual leader does not mean dominating your family, friends, co-workers or employees. It means serving your family, and being a godly example to your wife, children and everyone that you come in contact with.

The mission of the IRONMen’s ministry at the Journey is to provide men with resources to develop godly character and to equip them to influence and impact the world for Christ starting with themselves, in their home and then out into the community and workplace.
 
Becoming a godly man is not a destination; it is the beginning of a life-long journey.  This journey requires there things: Willingness, Toughness and Courage.  It is our hope in Christ, and desire that each man become all that he has been predestined to be.

Currently the IRONMen are in a study called the “Quest for Authentic Manhood” by Robert Lewis, please come and join us.

The IRONMen ministry meets monthly on the first Saturday of each month at 7:30 am at the Journey offices.
